The units here have comfortable beds and the location is very central, making it a great base for exploring the area.

This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in throughout Asia. It was in a wonderful location in the old quarter of Hanoi, with a gorgeous light clean, modern room with a window overlooking the street. All correspondence with the hotel was fast, polite and they went out of their way to help me. They arranged internal flights and train tickets to Sapa. The staffs were exceptional! One of those places you can tell the staffs take pride to work in and genuinely enjoy.I would highly recommend staying here to everyone.

the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and nice - around 10-15 minutes walk from a traditional water puppet theater. i liked double room on the upper floors.

the staff at Golden Time Hostel 3 were incredibly friendly and helpful. the breakfast was surprisingly good, with a variety of options to choose from, including delicious sandwiches with a huge omelette and vegetables. the hostel also offered free tea and coffee throughout the day. The front door was locked during the night, providing extra security. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 👍.

Like many hotels in Hanoi, there is no elevator, and the stairs are a bit treacherous. Breakfast is rather basic.

It is in a very nice location where there are lot of restaurants and shopping around the area. The rate is also cheaper compared to other hotels around the old quarter. I greatly appreciate the staff that was honest to tell me that the wrong credit card charges; if it was not corrected while I was there it will be soo difficult for me to process from afar.

I have booked 2 single rooms and I was lucky to be upgraded to a better room. However, my colleague was assiged to room 266 where the toilet door is not closing. He didnt get another room as there is no available room anymore.

Street noise

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of Golden Time Hostel 3. It was right in the center of the lively Old Quarter, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check-in early and even offering a discounted room for me to freshen up before my late-night flight. The free Hanoi city tour they offered was a highlight of my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. I highly recommend this hostel for its perfect location and excellent service.

we stayed there 3x - 3 nights, 1 night, 1 night. The room was nice for 3 nights, we had different rooms for our 1-night stays and those were not nice, one even had a completely moulded corner, it stank, it was wet, AC blowing right to your face. my friends found a cockroache in their room
